Early Bird Application Window (Price $1,250):

January 26 - April 30, 2026

Regular Application Window (Price, $1,350):

May 1 - July 1, 2026

Final Application Window (Price, $1,450):

July 2 - July 31, 2026

Last Day to Schedule Exam: September 21, 2026

Examination Window: March 23 - September 28, 2026

The initial application fee includes a digital copy of HMDCB's Expanded Content Blueprint. Discounts are available for employers who certify multiple physicians. To learn more, visit this page of our website.

Withdrawal Policy: Candidates have 30 days after they apply to withdraw and receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued if a candidate cancels after 30 days from their application date. A refund will not be issued if a candidate has already taken the examination.
